Our Commitment to Fairness & Transparency

Please review our cancellation and refund terms before booking your appointment.

 Cancellation & No-Show Policy 

 Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

 Cancellation Notice: To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice . Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required for future bookings.

 Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

 Refund Policy 

 Completed Services: Once a treatment has been completed, we do not offer refunds. If not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days , and we will work with you to address any concerns.

 Product Purchases: Products purchased in the salon are non-refundable . If you experience any issues with a product, please contact us within 7 days  for assistance.
